Owen is a highly experienced project developer, with over 20 years in the energy and infrastructure development sector. He has successfully developed large scale on-shore wind farms and solar farms in the UK, as well as advising on other major infrastructure development including HS2 and Hornsea 3 off-shore wind farm. Prior to launching Climate ER, he provided planning and development services to the renewables industry through his own consultancy, Planet Planning. Owen’s focus in Climate ER is management of the planning process through to planning permission. He is a Chartered Town Planner, Chartered Environmentalist, Landscape Architect and Practitioner with the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.
